This notice explains how ARKOZ SYSTEMS LTD uses the personal information provided through this website, our booking page and direct business communication.

Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, work email, optional telephone number, information you provide about your call-handling process, booking details and basic campaign parameters attached to the page URL.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested conversation, assess whether an ARKOZ service may be suitable and keep a proportionate record of our business communication. We do not use the enquiry form to add you to a general mailing list.
Our basis for using it
Depending on the circumstances, we use the information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and managing related communication.
Service providers
Website enquiries are processed through Formspree, bookings through Cal.com and business email through Google Workspace. These providers process information under their own service and privacy terms. Information may be processed outside the United Kingdom depending on each provider’s infrastructure and applicable safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the resulting business discussion and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Information relating to an active client relationship is handled under the relevant agreement.
Sharing and security
We share information only with providers and people needed to respond to the enquiry or operate the agreed service. We do not sell enquiry information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain uses or ask us to restrict processing. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is optional. The Google tag loads in Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied. Before you accept, it cannot set Analytics cookies and our site does not send page views or interaction events. Google may receive limited consent-state and technical signals from the tag itself. After you accept, it helps us understand page visits, device and browser use, and interactions such as booking clicks and successful enquiry submissions. We do not send enquiry field contents to Analytics. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled.
You can reject analytics without affecting the website, or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google.
We store your consent choice, timestamp and notice version in your browser under arkoz-cookie-choice-v1 for up to six months. This preference storage is necessary to remember your choice. If accepted, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and maintain session information. We configure these cookies with a maximum lifetime of 180 days without automatic renewal. Browser settings can shorten this period.
Our basis for optional analytics is your consent. Google may process usage information outside the UK and EEA under its applicable data-processing arrangements. Analytics cookies and the retention of data within Google Analytics are different settings; contact us about retention or deletion requests.
